The National Fair of San Marcos (also known as "The Mexico Fair" or the "Fair of Fairs") is an annual event, which takes place between the months of April and May in the City of Aguascalientes in the Flag of Aguascalientes State of Aguascalientes (Flag of Mexico Center of Mexico).
It is one of the most important and oldest festivals in the country. With more than 90 hectares of exhibition space, the National Fair of San Marcos has specially adapted areas for each of the activities carried out in this area.
One of the main attractions is San Marcos Island, called El Lugar de la Familia, a green space with an artificial lake, various gastronomic proposals, playgrounds, shopping areas, a large zip line and the most outstanding Livestock Exhibition in Latin America.
During all the Fair days, the Forum of the stars, a free space of great quality and artistic variety, with a capacity of up to 20,000 spectators, offers an artist or group of international or national stature for those who like to enjoy nights full of music and good atmosphere.
Those who visit the San Marcos Fair in Aguascalientes, have the fun guaranteed every night, in the exclusive Zona de Antros, the largest in Mexico, a safe space in which there is a varied proposal of thematic night centers, where all the musical genres have their place and coexist in total harmony.
The National Fair of San Marcos has the largest and most important Bullfighting Serial in the continent. In the Monumental Plaza de Toros you can feel the adrenaline of a brave party enjoying the bullfights of the main characters of bullfighting.
